My areas of expertise are in treating children, adolescents and adults with eating disorders; as well as those who have experienced trauma. I also provide treatment for individuals with other psychological difficulties including depression, anxiety, and perfectionism. In addition to my Clinical Doctorate, I have specifically been trained in Maudsley Family-Based Treatment, Family Therapy, Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, Dialectical Behaviour Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, and Eye Movement and Desensitisation Reprocessing Treatment.
