Dr Amy Talbot is a Clinical Psychologist with a special interest in working with patients to overcome disordered eating and body image issues across the lifespan. She has been trained in Maudsley Family Based treatment for adolescent eating difficulties and CBT-E. Amy has previously worked in inpatient and day patient eating disorder programs and has been working with patients with eating disorders in private practice for a number of years. Amys research in the field of eating disorders has been presented in both Australian and international conferences and has been published in internationally recognised specialist journals and she is the co-author of the chapter on treatment for ARFID in the Encyclopedia of Eating Disorders.
