About

The Eating Disorders Day Program is a well-established, comprehensive, evidence-based program that has been developed by highly experienced practitioners in the field of eating disorders. It provides a safe, secure and effective environment to assist people (aged 16 years or more) in achieving a successful outcome.

The program runs over 4 days per week helping people build skills to work towards recovery. The program is split into 6 modules all including skills development, meal support, mindfulness, shopping and cooking, therapeutic and educational groups.

The program includes input from dieticians, group therapists, as well as movement, art therapy, and horticulture therapy. With a focus on supporting people to re-nourish themselves, individuals are guided through the program in collaboration with a care worker from the team who will offer individual support with planning and goal setting.
