About

Delivery of evidence-based eating disorder treatment modalities including cognitive behavioural therapy enhanced and family-based therapy to support clients in developing a healthy and happy relationship with food, eating and exercise. This may involve supporting clients develop a regular, adequate and varied eating patterns, helping clients to manage physical symptoms of an eating disorder including appetite changes and gastrointestinal symptoms as well as providing support for specific nutritional needs such as diabetes or PCOS through a non-diet, health at every size approach.
