Virginia Hine (she/her)

Virginia is the Operations Manager at InsideOut Institute with a long history of providing senior administrative support to tertiary and cultural institutions. Virginia is passionate about theatre and the arts and began her career writing and performing for High School Theatre in education and community programs after studying theatre at Western Sydney University. Interestingly she was involved a play that focussed on eating disorders and body image and interviewed psychologists and members of the community for research material.  Virginia continued her love of the arts and worked in cultural centres and entertainment venues such as Pact Youth Theatre, Ensemble Theatre, the Seymour Centre, Government House, and the Wharf Precinct. Moving into senior administration and management in tertiary settings she has also worked at the Faculty of Arts and Social Sciences at UTS and the Business School at UNSW. Virginia commenced at InsideOut Institute in 2020 and has found it a privilege to be socially engaged with a diverse workplace and broader community, as well as involved with high-quality research and progressive ideas in health education and mental health.
