Rebecca works as a clinical and research project officer for the clinical stream at the InsideOut Institute. She is a registered clinical psychologist with over 10 years experience.
Rebecca has worked primarily with adults with eating disorders in private as well as public (inpatient and outpatient) services in the UK, New Zealand and Australia. Rebecca has also previously worked as a research officer evaluating the ANZAED Eating Disorder credential for health-care professionals.
Rebecca continues to work clinically as a private practitioner, specialising with adults with eating disorders and complex trauma. She is also an APHRA board approved supervisor. Rebecca works collaboratively with client, using evidence-based therapies and is committed to coming alongside her clients, to cheerlead, to challenge and ultimately to empower them to work toward their life worth living goals. She is passionate in examining and adding to the evidence base specifically relating to therapies for people with eating disorders.
