Maureen Moerbeck (she/her)

Maureen has a BSc honours degree in Nutrition & Dietetics, a Graduate Diploma in Sports Nutrition with the International Olympic Committee and a Graduate Certificate in Public Health. She has over 15 years of clinical experience in both the UK and Australia having worked within the public health systems, including specialist eating disorder inpatient, day patient and outpatient services, and in her private practice. Maureen specialises in working with adults and young people with eating disorders, disordered eating, and those who have a poor relationship with food and their body. She is passionate about helping people with their food recovery, and empowering them to work towards developing a better relationship with food and their body, using a Heath at Every Size and Non-Diet approach. 

Maureen joined the InsideOut team when she returned to Australia after living and working in London. She joined the InsideOut team to use the knowledge and skills she has gained in eating disorders to help support the implementation of the Service Plan, develop guidelines, deliver training, and provide support to healthcare professionals in the area of eating disorders.
