Jennie Burrows

Jennie’s qualifications are in Education (Honours), Management (with Distinction), Social Work and Social Policy, Quality Implementation, Project Management, Training and Assessment, and Consumer Consultation.

Her roles have included State Quality Manager of TAFE NSW, Head of Studies of TAFE NSW Community Health and Personal Services Faculty, Project Manager in the Australian Flexible Learning Framework, State Manager of NSW Homelessness Industry Strategy and Workforce Development, Project Manager of the National Aged Care Advocacy Program, and Principal Policy Officer of the NSW Children and Young Peoples Commission.

Jennie has been a board member of the Central Sydney GP Network, NSW Down Syndrome Association, Marrickville Legal Centre, and the National Association for Prevention of Child Abuse and Neglect. She has been a member of the Psychology Council Performance Review Panel, Commonwealth Health Paediatric Medicines Advisory Group, the South Western Sydney Area Health Service Clinical Quality Council, and the Standards Australia Tutoring Guidelines Group. She co-authored the evaluation of the Local Council LinkedIn Program, and is a member of the Australian Evaluation Society. She also does occasional work for Consumer Health Forum.
