Bridget Mulvey

Bridget Mulvey joined InsideOut as their Clinical Nurse Consultant in 2023. She has over 25 years’ experience working with children, adolescents, and adults with eating disorders in a range of treatment settings including the tertiary services at The Sydney Children’s Hospital and The Peter Beumont Eating Disorder Service at The Royal Prince Alfred Hospital.  Bridget coordinated the NSW Eating Disorders Outreach Service which supported the implementation of the first stage of the NSW Service Plan for eating disorders.

Bridget has a Masters of Mental Health (Child and Adolescent), she is an accredited trainer, credentialed mental health nurse and credentialed eating disorders clinician, she has written chapters on eating disorders and emergency mental health in Elsevier’s Mental Health textbooks. As the CNC with the state team at IOI, Bridget coordinates and delivers training on the inpatient management of eating disorders for NSW LHD’s, develops content and resources for e-learning modules and provides clinical support to NSW clinicians to implement The NSW Service Plan for eating disorders.
