What is provided?

There are three arms of the Peter Beumont Eating Disorder Service: inpatients, intensive outpatient program (IOP) and outreach services.

Inpatient treatment

The Peter Beumont Unit is a nine bed inpatient facility providing specialist treatment for people with an Eating Disorder. Admission is based on clear goals that are beyond local service provision. A clear plan to transition back to local services must also be in place.
