Through One Door, people living with mental illness and their families can find an inclusive community, innovative services, and advocacy support. One Door provides a free telephone outreach service from 9am to 5pm, Monday to Friday; while this is not a counselling service, it offers social and emotional support on a regular ongoing basis to mental health consumers and carers. One Door provides psychological services and allied health care (Exercise Physiologist, Dietician, and Occupational Therapist) at various locations across NSW, specialising in complex mental illnesses. One Door’s psychological services can be bulk-billed through Medicare.
