Mental Health Carers NSW (MHCN) is a non-government organisation that provides advocacy and support for families, relatives, friends, and carers of people who experience mental illness who are living in NSW. MHCN runs a helpline which functions primarily as a referral service, and is not staffed by trained counsellors. Carers are frequently referred to One Door, Carers NSW, or the Family and Carer Mental Health Program.
