InsideOut Institute and the General Practice Mental Health Standards Collaboration (GPMHSC) have developed new eating disorder care plan templates. Co-designed and reviewed by GPs, Practice Managers, Allied Health & Lived experience consultants.

Available for download below including formatted versions for use in your software.

Please note: Best Practice and Medical Director templates are in .rtf format, do not open template before importing into software, this breaks the formatting.
