Susan Hart is the local eating disorder coordinator for the St Vincent’s Hospital Network Local Health District (SVHN).

Susan is an Accredited Practising Dietitian and Eating Disorder Coordinator at St Vincent’s Health Network, Sydney. Susan has an established work history in eating disorders in the inpatient, outpatient and day patient setting, in program management and in research. She completed her PhD in 2011 on the Nutrition and Dietetic Management of Eating Disorders. Susan is committed to translating research into day-to-day clinical practice; evaluating current treatments, and facilitating access for people with eating disorders to appropriate and evidence-based treatment options.
