Eating Disorder Coordinator

Western Sydney Local Health District

The Eating Disorder Coordinator in your local health district provides clinical consultation and support to health professionals and teams treating people with eating disorders. This service is only available for health professionals.

Jane Pineda is the local eating disorder coordinator for the Western Sydney Local Health District (WSLHD).

Dr. Jane Pineda (Phd) is a Senior Clinical Psychologist who had been providing care for adolescents and adult clients in various mental health settings, including inpatient and community teams for over 25 years. She is committed to enhancing the service access and treatment pathways for consumers with eating disorders. She is a keen advocate for promoting well-integrated, trauma-informed holistic care and evidence-based interventions. She has an interest in research, provides clinical consultation and actively contributes to workforce training, development and clinical supervision in WSLHD.
