The Eating Disorder Coordinator in your local health district provides clinical consultation and support to health professionals and teams treating people with eating disorders. This service is only available for health professionals.
Rebecca White is the acting local eating disorder coordinator for the South Western Sydney Local Health District (SWSLHD), a role shared with Meliza Bencio.
Rebecca White is a Clinical Psychologist who has worked for the past 20 years in mental health, in both the private and public sectors within SWSLHD. Rebecca has a special interest in eating disorders and has extensive experience working within a multidisciplinary team, providing psychological assessment and evidence-based intervention to individuals experiencing eating disorders, as well as their families or carers. Rebecca is passionate about improving access and treatment pathways to quality eating disorder care and intervention for the diverse population within the South Western Sydney region.
