The Eating Disorder Coordinator in your local health district provides clinical consultation and support to health professionals and teams treating people with eating disorders. This service is only available for health professionals.
Angela Farrell is the local eating disorder coordinator for the Murrumbidgee Local Health District (MLHD).
Angela is a senior psychologist in Wagga Wagga and has been in the Eating Disorder Coordinator role since November 2017. She has 25 years’ experience working with people with eating disorders in the various positions she has held, in both inpatient and community based settings. Angela is a strong advocate for equitable access to healthcare, for people living in rural and remote communities and has helped establish local eating disorder treatment pathways across the Murrumbidgee LHD.
