About
Supporting young people with anorexia nervosa to eat is an essential part of treatment. It is an aspect of treatment that can feel hard for clinicians to implement confidently. This workshop for clinicians will explore the provision of therapeutic meals in the context of family-based approaches in outpatient and higher levels of care. This includes utilising a meal session as an assessment but also as both a parent-led clinician-supported and clinician-led interventions. The aim of this workshop is to provide intensive practical training.
