A collaboration between Sydney Local Health District and the University of Sydney’s Charles Perkins Centre; the InsideOut Institute aims to provide every Australian living with an eating disorder access to the best possible care by rethinking eating disorders from the ‘inside out’.

As Project Coordinator (0089021) for the institute you will provide coordination support for the planning implementation and roll-out of the NSW InsideOut education program for clinicians. The position will assist with the project management and communication between the Local Health District coordinators, and clinicians and service providers in their local health districts, to access relevant training and advice. The Project Coordinator will work closely with the Project Manager and other members of the project team to develop project documentation and reporting as required.

Your key responsibilities will be to:

  • assist with the maintenance of project planning material including preparing status reports, documenting project timelines, tracking activities and highlights, using appropriate tools
  • support in the delivery of online training courses and packages
  • keep and pull data records from various sources to support in the workforce development across NSW for internal and external trainers
  • act as the central point of contact for the project team, responding to a wide range of enquiries via telephone, email and in person, from staff, students, visitors, and the general public.
