About the Role

The Charles Perkins Centre, located at Sydney University is a large multidisciplinary initiative committed to easing the burden of chronic disease. Our biologically inspired complex systems approach brings together leading researchers and practitioners from across the disciplines in unexpected research collaborations to find new solutions to combat chronic diseases.

The GP Hub and eTools are a suite of specialised tools developed by InsideOut and designed to enable general practitioners (GP) to identify and provide evidence-based care to individuals with an eating disorder. Reporting to and working closely with the Clinical Stream Manager, alongside the Primary Care project team at InsideOut this position will be responsible for the operation and management of the InsideOut GP Hub and eTools national implementation plan and primary health projects. This role will oversee and direct the operations of the GP Hub and eTools National rollout, ensuring the timely delivery of project objectives.

Ideal Candidate

  • Relevant tertiary qualifications in Health Management and Leadership, Project Management, Public Health, as a Health professional or relevant equivalent work experience, or a combination of study and work experience.
  • Experience working in the Australian Digital Health landscape Software with an understanding of GP EMRs (Best Practice, Medical Director), secure messaging systems, data extraction and reporting, QI projects, Digital Health Standards etc. would be beneficial.
  • Demonstrated high level project management skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a strong customer service approach. Demonstrated ability to develop and maintain effective working relationships with senior management and other key stakeholders.

Applicants will need to hold a Current NSW Drivers’ Licence (P1 and P2 Licence accepted), with a willingness to travel in accordance with the demands of the position.
