  • Base Salary $79,717 - $89,256 + 17% superannuation

About the opportunity

A collaboration between Sydney Local Health District and the University of Sydney, the InsideOut Institute aims to provide every Australian living with an eating disorder access to the best possible care by rethinking eating disorders from the ‘inside out’.

The Administration Officer and Project Assistant will be responsible for performing general administrative activities, including the preparation of documents, maintenance of records, updating web materials, responding to queries, exploring matters, and sourcing solutions for issues that may arise. Further, the role will support in the development, creation, and implementation of projects within the organization. The role will be the first point of contact within the office, and will require strong administrative, organizational, and communication skills in order to coordinate and undertake a range of operational activities in a timely and ongoing basis.

Your key responsibilities will be to:

  • Provide administrative services and project support, maintaining strong internal communication with the relevant team members for high quality and fast paced, efficient admin support
  • work appropriately and under the ethics guidelines, standards and WHS requirements
  • complete invoices, payments, shipping, and acquitting, ensuring proper documentation, filing, and record-keeping is maintained at all times
  • coordinate meetings, scheduling, and events, conducting accurate minute-taking and ensuring a seamless and positive experience for all stakeholders involved
  • complete and undertake ad-hoc projects or activities as needed
